Description
DIRECTIONS:
Long-acting PENICILINA G PROCAÍNA OLEOSA. Due to its formula, it is efficient against a great variety of diseases caused by Gram-positive bacteria. Since this product is not irritant, it acts selectively in bovine mastitis caused by Streptococcus (including Streptococcus agalactiae). Apply before transporting animals (big species) to prevent shipping fever. This product is useful in cases of calf pneumonia, septicemia, metritis caused by mixed infections and for the treatment of animals affected by blackleg, malignant edema, anthrax and tetanus, cystitis and bovine infectious pyelonephritis. This product is prophylactic after surgical interventions.
DOSAGE:
1 ml per each 20 kg of body weight. The dosage may be reduced or increased according to the zootechnician veterinarian.
ADMINISTRATION ROUTE:
Deep intramuscular administration.
WARNINGS:
Keep in a dry and cool place. Keep away from sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children. This product must not be used 15 days before animals are slaughtered for human consumption. Do not use milk proceeding from treated animals until after 4 days from the last application.
